Artist List is a luxury beauty connection platform that empowers clients to find top-tier glam professionals in any city, for any occasion. We are a discovery and networking tool—not a booking platform—and all interactions and agreements occur directly between clients and artists.
Definitions
"Artist List", "we", "us", or "our" refers to Artist List Ventures LLC, the owner and operator of the Artist List platform.
"User" refers to any individual using the Artist List platform, including both artists and clients.
"Artist" refers to a beauty or style professional who creates a profile on Artist List to showcase their work and availability.
"Client" refers to an individual using Artist List to discover and contact artists.
"Platform" refers to the Artist List mobile application and website, including all features, tools, and services provided.
"Dashboard" refers to the internal database system owned and maintained by Artist List Ventures LLC to securely store user information and platform usage data.
"Personal Data" means any information that can identify an individual user, such as name, email, phone number, location, and communication history.
Information We Collect
We collect the following information when you use our services on our Internal Dashboard; - Account and Profile Information: name, email, photo, location, preferences.Usage Information: interactions, searches, saved profiles, session activity.Device and Technical Data: device type, OS, IP address, and crash logs.Communication Data: messages sent through the platform.
Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Artist List Ventures LLC does not sell, rent, or share your personal information to third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).
All user data collected through the Artist List platform is securely stored in a private, internal dashboard owned and operated solely by Artist List Ventures LLC. We do not disclose or transfer this data to third parties for marketing or profiling purposes.
In certain cases, we may work with trusted service providers (such as cloud hosting or analytics providers) who assist us in operating and improving the platform. These service providers may have limited access to user data strictly for those business purposes, and such access is governed by written agreements that prohibit them from using your data for any other reason. Under CCPA/CPRA, some of this activity could be interpreted as a “sale,” even though no money changes hands and the data is not used for commercial gain.
